He is also the guy behind Flyer, an open source Python framework for Flash Lite.

Does this “nobody uses Java anymore” only refer to Mac OS X?
iPhone might not need Java on it to make it successful. But Mr. Jobs seems to be completely ignoring the pervasiveness and success of Java ME on mobile phones.

iriver clix is a very appealing media player that supports Flash Lite 1.1. iriver site provides several free Flash Lite games (currently 13) for this device. Since it has the same 240×320 QVGA screen as the Nokia E61, I tried a few. Guess what? they work very well!
