Free mobile software websites
1. GetJar.com
Via vehera.symbiandevelopersjournal.com.
GetJar.com is a good site to get free Java, Symbian, Palm or Pocket PC Softwares. And it provides device-specific RSS feeds, so you can monitor free software based on your phone model.
J2ME Freeware
S60 Freeware
UIQ Freeware
3. midlet.org
This website is around for a long time.
It lists some free games
A great resource site for Palm OS. But it also has a list of open source projects for Pocket PC.
6. ngphone.com
My J2ME open source software list. Apparently I need to update it more often

Not trying to comment-spam, but you should check out http://mpowerplayer.com. It’s like iTunes, but for mobile games, so you can try all the games for free.
We offer a free application for all java mobiles. It is a Golf scorecard and can be found at http://www.wireless18.com. We have it listed on getjar and the simonjudge site above. PLus we have it on handango.com which lists free and non free apps. Trying desperately to find other free sites to list on but most requie you to charge before they will list it. We had to remove it from a lot of site once we decided to go free

From the mobile downloaded sites that you listed here, i manage to find out that there is a good application called mig33.
Anyone here use the application before? For those who haven’t tried out their services, you can do so by click here.
You can get Instant Messenger, cheap calls, SMS and chat room from mig33 application through your mobile devices. But there are much more you can find out from this application because mig33 has made an unprecedented breakthrough for their new website and new features for the application.
Did you guy out there heard of Ajax Chat, Scrap Book, Picture Sharing, Picture Sharing and VOIP Toolbar? Yes, that is the new features that we can find out from the website and mig33 application. Surprisingly, we can use their services not only from our mobile device but as well as from your PC.
You can find the screenshot here as well:
