Nokia RFID & NFC Shells can be bought from here:
http://www.toptunniste.fi/topshop/products.php

The SDK, including five 1-year licenses to the Nokia LI server, costs 2000 Euro (!)

I believe you have to contact Nokia about that:

http://europe.nokia.com/nokia/0,,76301,00.html
"Nokia NFC & RFID SDK works together with the Nokia LI Server. Please contact your Nokia Field Force Solution sales representative or send e-mail to: fieldforce.info@nokia.com for more information."

It might not be free.

Hey - that information was very helpful but I can't seem to find a place to actually download the SDKs that I would need - any thoughts or ideas where I could?

I was wondering if you could point me to a forum or SDKs for J2ME RFIDs. Actually, any kind of information you could provide about them would be amazing. I'm trying to do a project for a senior design class that I'm in but feel very lost and overwhelmed. Originally I was going to try to get a hold of a n RFID enabled cell phone but since they're not avaible in the states yet I'm trying to figure out an emulator. I was looking for anyone with anything they can offer. I thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,
Kelly
